Terms of Service

These terms apply to photocolorbook.com ("Photo Color Book", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: support@photocolorbook.com.

The service

Photo Color Book turns photos and images you upload into coloring pages and outline drawings, and lets you download them as PDF, PNG or SVG files. Pages are created by third-party AI image models and then converted to black and white in your browser. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

Accounts

You can create one free page without an account. Other features need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Credits, payment and refunds

• Paid pages use credits from one-time credit packs. Packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.
• A standard page uses 1 credit; a Simple for Kids page uses 2 credits. Changing line weight, paper size or download format of a finished page does not use credits.
• Credits are valid for 24 months from purchase and then expire.
• If a page cannot be created, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable. If something went wrong, email us and we will review it. See the Refund Policy for details.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Your photos

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You must own them or have permission to use them, including permission from any identifiable person shown. You give us the limited permission needed to store your photos, send them to our AI model providers to create your pages, and show the results to you.

You may not upload images that are illegal, that sexualize minors, that you do not have the right to use, or that show another person without their consent where consent is required.

Generated pages and licensing

Pages are created automatically and can contain mistakes or differ from the original photo. Whether a generated page may be used commercially depends on the terms of the AI models that create it, and we do not grant or guarantee commercial rights in generated pages. Personal use, such as printing pages for your family or classroom, is the intended use of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into our systems, no automated mass generation, no reselling access, and no use that violates the law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid credits, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
