Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases on photocolorbook.com ("Photo Color Book", "we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Questions or refund requests: support@photocolorbook.com.

What you buy

Photo Color Book sells one-time credit packs. A pack is a single card payment processed by Stripe; it is not a subscription and nothing renews. Credits are valid for 24 months from purchase. See pricing for the current packs.

Unused packs: full refund within 14 days

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us from the address on your account and include your order number or the date of purchase.

Used packs

Once credits from a pack have been used to create pages, the pack is not refundable. If something went wrong, for example pages that could not be printed or a charge you do not recognize, email us and we will review it case by case.

Failed pages

If a page cannot be created, the credits for that page are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask for a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days. When a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your balance; free credits you received when you signed up are not affected.
