Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what you may and may not do with photocolorbook.com ("Photo Color Book", "we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. To report misuse, email support@photocolorbook.com.

Photos you may upload

Upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows an identifiable person, you need their permission, or a parent's or guardian's permission for a child, wherever the law requires it.

Photos you may not upload

• Anything illegal where you live or where it would be used.
• Any image that sexualizes minors. We report such material where the law requires it.
• Sexual or explicit images of anyone.
• Images you do not have the right to use, such as photos copied from someone else's account, or copyrighted artwork and characters you have no license for.
• Images of another person meant to harass, shame, threaten or impersonate them.
• Images that promote violence or hatred against people.

Every uploaded photo is checked by an automated safety filter before a page is made. A photo that fails the check is refused and no credits are used. Our AI model providers also apply their own safety checks.

Uses that are not allowed

• Trying to break into, overload or test the security of our systems without permission.
• Automated or mass generation, scraping, or getting around free page limits, for example with many accounts or browsers.
• Reselling access to the service or passing off the service as your own.
• Any use that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Generated pages are meant for personal use, such as printing for your family or classroom. We do not grant or guarantee commercial rights in generated pages; see the Terms of Service.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may refuse a photo, delete pages that break this policy, and suspend or close the account involved.
